These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website blackstones-advisory.com and the services provided by Blackstones Global Consulting LLC (“Blackstones Advisory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

1. Nature of Services

Blackstones Advisory provides advisory, coordination, scheduling, logistical, and informational services exclusively. We do not provide medical, legal, real estate, or any other licensed professional services. Nothing on this website or communicated during an advisory session constitutes medical advice, legal counsel, financial guidance, or any form of licensed professional service.

2. Advisory Sessions

Advisory sessions are offered as a paid consulting service. Session fees are charged by Blackstones Global Consulting LLC and cover coordination planning, logistical guidance, referral coordination, and general informational support only. Session fees do not cover, and shall not be construed as payment for, any medical procedure, legal service, real estate transaction, or third-party professional service of any kind.

3. Third-Party Providers

Any medical, dental, legal, real estate, transportation, lodging, or other services that clients may pursue through referrals or coordination provided by Blackstones Advisory are performed independently by third-party providers. Blackstones Global Consulting LLC does not own, operate, employ, supervise, or control any such providers and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between the client and any third-party provider. Clients engage third-party providers entirely at their own discretion and risk.

4. Cross-Border Acknowledgment

Clients acknowledge that any services pursued in Mexico are subject to Mexican law and the regulations of the applicable jurisdiction. Blackstones Advisory operates solely as a U.S.-based consulting entity and does not operate in, or under the laws of, Mexico. Clients are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in both the United States and Mexico in connection with any services they obtain.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment for advisory sessions is due at the time of booking. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and processed securely through Stripe. Advisory session fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Blackstones Advisory reserves the right to decline or cancel a session at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. No Warranties

This website and all services provided by Blackstones Advisory are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blackstones Advisory makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided, or the quality, safety, or outcomes of any third-party service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blackstones Global Consulting LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, any advisory session, or any services obtained from third-party providers coordinated through Blackstones Advisory. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific advisory session giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Blackstones Global Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
